Deputies said, the woman later identified as Alaynah Marie Rappuhn, 22, was brought to the hospital when her boyfriend noticed her condition at home.

What the heck is wrong with some people.
She could have gone to the hospital.
She could have called 911 for an ambulance if the baby was already born.
She could have later placed the baby into foster care, and than adopted the baby out to a loving family.
She did none of these things.
She left the vulnerable little one to die in a garbage bag.

Wishing there was a way to ensure she never gets custody of that baby again.
I would fear she would have an 'accident' and leave the little one alone in a bathtub or some other horrific neglect, or even outright murder.
Alaynah clearly does not want this baby.

So many questions. The boyfriend had no clue she was pregnant or had delivered a baby? She put the baby, still alive, into a plastic trash bag and then sometime later, when her boyfriend was taking her to hospital she casually carried the plastic bag with newborn inside out the door and dropped the bag on the back porch.

Did she not show? Assuming if she was hiding the pregnancy she got no prenatal care. How did the boyfriend not know she was pregnant? It is said she hid her pregnancy but how exactly? She appears to be a tiny petit slender young woman in her court appearance video.


Investigators report that Rappuhn concealed both her pregnancy and the birth from her boyfriend.

The emergency call came in at 1:08 p.m. on March 31, meaning the newborn may have been in the trash bag for approximately eight hours before being discovered.

Our society has raised a generation of women that think children are disposable, nuisances, unworthy of life/care/love, and that their wishes/desires come first. It's evil and disgusting. I wish she would get the DP even though the baby didn't die. She should not be allowed to live to procreate in the future. Evil needs to be put down, I don't care what kind of "mental illness" she'll conjure up to "explain" away her attempted murder.
