The Henry County Police Department has issued a Critical Missing Person alert for Bertha Allen, 66.

Allen was last seen leaving a doctor's office at 1356 Rock Quarry Rd. in Stockbridge at 11 p.m. Monday night. Police say Allen has multiple health conditions requiring monitoring and medication. She was last seen driving a black 2004 Kia Amanti with Georgia license plate RRP7599.

Allen is 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 206 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
