well FUDGE It appears they ended up continuing the trial into January? From the look of the docket it appears trial did not start in November as planned. Looks as if Ates' attorney took an emergency leave of absence immediately before trial was set to start. There has been some activity in regards to a motion to modify bond and a new address reported to the court re Porshe Wells and now trial is listed as set for 1/26/26. Man this case is just slogging along at a snails pace.
