I hope the kids have someone to talk to, or a play therapist or something at least, if they can't talk well enough. To have their trust betrayed--to be abused by people who are supposed to protect and teach them--it's horrible. I just hope they don't give up on learning after this. School must have become a hated place for them.

every single person who works there and was aware and did NOTHING should be charged

aren't they all mandated reporters???

This was reported to the principal and ignored. Seams these people don't care about children only their pay checks. Also what does it mean the school district can not be held accountable because of sovereign immunity? Wth does that mean exactly? If I were a parent of one of these children I would bring civil suit against these two child abusers. Jmo

I imagine this school system will be dealing with some angry parents until changes are made. If those were my children, disabled or not, the sh@%storm of my wrath would be raining all over that place. Those people belong nowhere near kids. IMO anyone who covered it up should be punished. Heads need to roll.

Thank goodness for the teacher who made that video, and repeatedly attempted to bring attention to the abuse. She is a quiet hero for children.

Omg!!!!

Abusing the defenseless is IMO the lowest of the low.
It's a sad state of affairs when the people that do this, or watch it happen, or fail to investigate get a lesser sentence than drug users.
