Circumstances of Disappearance
Mr. Cousin was last seen on the bridge over the Chattahoochee River on Mableton Pkwy @ Lee Industrial Blvd. He had been drinking all day and had attended his mothers memorial service. He was extremely upset. Searches of the area and the river turned up no sign of Mr. Cousin.
