Family Of Missing Columbus Woman Still Seeks Closure
Erin is still missing. Erin may have lived a high risk lifestyle which could have had something to do with her disappearance. In 2016 she had been arrested on prostitution and drug charges. The article above was emotional as her sister said “She’s not like what the streets know her as,” tears begin to drip from Sarah’s face as she continues, “She was sweet, sensitive, funny. She just didn’t deserve…she deserved better.” Very sad I hope the family gets closure.

My friend Erin June Collier went missing on 3/20/2018 in Columbus, GA. She has not been seen or heard from since. Her sister, Sarah still heavily advocates on her sisters behalf in hopes that her name is not drowned out in the thousands of other missing persons cases. Erin' s last known contact was through a cab company, where she took a cab to the East Highland/2nd Ave area. Her sister has planned on her own searches all over the area of Columbus to look for her sister with no luck. Someone has to know something. People don't just vanish. I'm writing this thread in hopes that it will help bring to light the circumstances surrounding Erins disappearance. She deserves to be found. I would also like to add that another female, named Ebony Giddens also disappeared a week before. She is a black female around the same age as Erin. She too has not been seen or heard from since and also deserves to be found. If anyone would be willing to look into their cases in depth please let me know! I will be happy to put you in touch with Erins sister and also help in any way I can! The police dept seems to have let her cases fall by the waist side, and their family and friends are the ones who suffer for it. Thank you for reading this far.

Missing from Columbus, Georgia, 37 year old Erin Collier

Since this thread the $5000 reward has been upped to $15,000, and one fact that is left out of alot of sources is that Erins older brother, Peanut was murdered in 2010, and that another female from Columbus also went missing one week prior to Erin. Erin was my friend. I met her during some of my darkest day, and she was some of the very few genuinely sweet people I met.

I'm sorry to hear this, and I hope she is found.

The Columbus Police Department re-shared a missing person’s bulletin earlier today, July 3, 2022, asking the public’s help in locating a Columbus woman who has been missing for more than four years.

Erin Collier, 39, went missing in March of 2018. In a previous interview with WRBLCollier’s sister, Sarah Kemp, shared what it was like discovering her sister was missing. Kemp describes Collier as a tough, loving, and energetic woman.

The bulletin re-broadcasted by CPD says Collier stands 5’3″ tall, weighs 130 lbs., with green eyes and light brown hair. She has two distinctive tattoos, a black rose on her right wrist and a peach on her shoulder.

According to police, she was last seen Friday, March 16, 2018 in the 3200 block of 4th Ave. Her family says they last heard from her four days later, March 20, 2018. Kemp says she knew something was wrong immediately because it was unlike her to not return a phone call.
