Fulton County man who allegedly beheaded dog arrested after standoff

A man accused of beheading a dog on the front porch of his Fulton County home on Wednesday has been arrested.

Police said the person inside the home refused to open the door. After obtaining a warrant and still getting no response, officers called in a SWAT team. Following hours of negotiations, 31-year-old Jalen Wade was taken into custody.
