Chatham police searching for missing 11-year-old boy on Whitemarsh Island

Chatham police are searching for a missing 11-year-old boy.

Spokeswoman Betsy Nolen said Gavan Fox, age 11, was last seen exiting a school bus this afternoon in Battery Point on Whitemarsh Island.

Children seem to be going missing all over the place and it seems a lot worse just lately.

How vague can they be? No description of height/weight, clothes he was wearing, and who saw him last (neighborhood kids/friends, bus driver?) I hope the poor kid is ok.

Chatham County Police Department Searching for Missing Person.

Chatham County, GA (December 10, 2018) – The Chatham County Police Department needs help from the public in locating a missing person. Gavan Fox, age 11, was last seen exiting a school bus this afternoon in Battery Point on Whitemarsh Island. See attached image.

Gavan was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, khaki pants, bright orange shoes and he wears glasses. He is 5 foot, 100 pounds and has dark blonde hair and blue green eyes.
