So glad they got her out! Hope the "bleeding on the brain" is corrected quickly! Poor little thing and I feel so for the grandmother, too.

Pardon me, Grandmother, what was that again?

The girl’s grandmother, Jean McCollum, told the Times-Georgian newspaper
she thought the well had been blocked off.
“They were out here playing, and my grandchild came in and
told me Megan had fallen in the well,” McCollum told the newspaper.
“I’ve told them a hundred times to stay away from that old well.” BBM from the ajc link.

Which one was it, blocked off or dangerous?

Lol I guess no one will have to bother blocking it now, the kids have learnt the hard way.

We have an old well. I believe it is covered but just in case I have always told my children to stay away from it. It isn't easily accessible. My children are grown now.
