CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Clayton County police are searching for a 72-year-old man who never returned home from a walk on Friday night.

Police said officers went to Tee Trace in Riverdale on Friday and learned Jesse Dillard, who is diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's, left home for a walk and never came back.

Police said the man is 6 feet tall and about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, sandals and using a cane.

On March 11, 2022 at around 2251 hours, the primary units were dispatched to 9298 Tee Trace, Riverdale, GA 30296 in reference to a missing person call. On arrival, it was discovered that Jesse had left the residence for a walk and had not returned. Police search the area for hours with negative results. Jesse was last seen wearing a brown leather coat, white shirt, blue jean pants, black sandals and walking with his cane. Jesse has been diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
