Found Deceased GA - Kamarie Holland, 5, Columbus, 12 Dec 2021 *2 Arrests, including mom*

  • #361
“On Monday morning, an Alabama judge sentenced 40 year-old Jeremy Williams to death for four counts of capital murder, WTVM reports.
Williams was accused of killing Kamarie Holland in Dec. 2021. Police said Hollard’s mother, Kristy Siple, trafficked her daughter to Williams in exchange for money. Prosecutors said Williams forced the 5-year-old to perform sexual acts on him before he strangled her.

In March, Williams pleaded guilty to four counts of capital murder, obstruction of a corpse, knowingly recording the acts, rape, and sodomy. Siple pleaded guilty to human sex trafficking and will be sentenced at a later date.”

Prosecutors say Williams paid Kamarie’s mother, Kristy Siple, $2,500 to perform sexual acts with the girl before torturing and killing her.

The Ledger-Examiner reported that jurors were shown videos that Williams took of the abuse.

I haven't checked on this case in a while. I had grown really discouraged because the press seemed to have all but forgotten this little princess and justice was so delayed.

I am very happy it wasn't denied. Finally - justice sweet girl.

As for her birther, I don't understand why she was allowed to plead down to one count of trafficking. She should be rotting under the jail forever for her role in this horror.

My thoughts are with the jurors who had to see those horrific videos. I appreciate their service in the name of justice for a child who should have grown up but never will.

Following the verdict, WTVM-TV reported Kamarie's father Corey Holland said his daughter would not be forgotten.

“Seeing that justice was finally served I’m deeply grateful,” he told the outlet.

There are some sick and demented people in this world and it breaks my heart that little babies and children suffer at the hands of the MONSTERS every day. It is overwhelming in my mind. I won't even raise my voice to my fur babies.

How do people (and the egg donor no less) do this to a completely vulnerable and innocent child? I believe there is a special place in hades for them.

My goodness, I did not realize the jurors had to watch video of what he did.
I don’t know how they could face something so terrible. My respect for their service and duty, as well.

Jeremy Tremaine Williams, the man convicted of killing and posthumously sexually assaulting five-year-old Kamarie Holland, received a death sentence after being found guilty of the crime last month.

Court documents claim Williams "recorded himself raping and sodomizing" Kamarie after her demise.

Williams has a history of child abuse accusations. In 2009, Williams was charged with burning a three-year-old child, of whom he was the guardian, with hot water so severely as to cause him serious injury. Williams was found not guilty of the charge. He was also a suspect in the death of a one-year-old in Alaska but was never charged.

Siple pleaded guilty to first-degree human trafficking for her role in Holland's death. Court records state Siple sold Holland to Williams for $2,500. Siple will be sentenced in July, missing the October 1 start time for a new law in Alabama that requires mandatory life sentences for those convicted of trafficking minors.

I know the DP for this animal won't bring Kamarie back, but it is fitting for what he did to this poor baby girl. It won't come soon enough for me.

And how he managed to slip through other suspected cases of child abuse makes me even sicker. Karmarie didn't have to die, the system and her egg donor failed her tremendously. :(

Williams was sentenced to death in April 2024 after a jury found him guilty on multiple counts related to the brutal kidnapping, murder and posthumous sexual assault of Holland. He filed for an appeal in October of the same year.

Now, Williams is slated to appear before the judge next week to ask for his appeals to be waived and his execution to be expedited. This could mean Williams could be put to death in a matter of years without the standard decades of delay caused by endless appeals and court proceedings.

I'm more than fine with this.

The judge asked a series of questions to make sure Williams knew what he was giving up and ultimately requesting to end his life, and Williams agreed that he was aware of what he’s agreeing to.

The judge is sending the case over to the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals for further proceedings.

so he's been found competent to waive his rights and the judge kicked it upstairs for their take on it.

Kamarie Holland

“My opinion is Jeremy don’t wanna face 20 years of running from inmates and I think that his whole mindset is he would rather end it today than spend the next 25 or so years looking over his shoulder because of what he did,” Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor told WTVM.

This was such a heartbreaking case. I could barely stand to read the details of what happened to sweet little Kamarie.

Good riddance to him and wish I could say the same about her egg donor. I hope she’s never allowed to parole, the sentence was not adequate.
