The Polk County Police Department is requesting your assistance. We are currently looking for the gentleman pictured below: Mr. Lewis H. Helms Mr. Helms is 87 years old and has the early onset of dementia. Mr. Helms was last seen in the area of Valley View Drive around 4:00PM this date. Mr. Helms is described as follows:
W/M, 6’0, 170lbs, Grey Hair, Last Seen Wearing a pullover shirt and jeans.
Mr. Helms left the Valley View Drive area in a 2001 White Ford Ranger (GA TAG: WI9Y11)
