I have not read that it did. Other than the links that I posted, I have nothing else on the case. With the denials and finger pointing, it sounded like an interesting case to me.

It appears that the gun belonged to his girlfriend, and that it was in her purse, and she sounds to be skilled with guns.

If he shot the man, then a key question is: How did he gain possession of the gun? That is, did she take it out, or did he know the gun was in her purse and retreive it?
