Michael Butler, a 55-year-old Waynesboro resident, was reported missing Dec. 13. He’s a black man, around 5-feet-10-inches tall and around 210 lbs. He was last seen possibly wearing a gray skull cap, green jacket, gray hoodie, and gray pinstriped pants.
