***Missing Person***
Michelle Jackson was last seen on 1/12/19 in Richmond Hill by Richmond Hill Officers. Michelle was stranded in Richmond Hill after her vehicle broke down. Michelle's cell phone did not have a charge when our officers made contact with her. Our officers provided Michelle with a cell phone charger so she could contact a relative.
Michelle was last seen wearing a blue Columbia Jacket and black leggings. She is 36 years old, 5 foot 7 inches tall, 132 pounds, with blonde hair, and green eyes.
Michelle never contacted a relative and her whereabouts are unknown. Investigators attempted to locate her using the GPS on her phone but the phone was not active.
According to Michelle's family she is possible suffering from a mental health condition.
