"Officials say 18-year-old Monte Moultrie was last seen around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon on W 54th Street near Allen Apartments. He was wearing a lime green Polo shirt, olive-colored pants and olive-green Nike’s.

Moultrie is described as 6’2” and 180 lbs. He is known to frequent McDonald’s and the Salvation Army."
