Police: Murder Suspect Left His Passport at Shooting Scene

Authorities say a Georgia man left his passport at a shooting scene and was arrested when trying to report the document missing to police.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports DeKalb County jurors indicted Sanjay Stewartson, of Lithonia, for malice murder in the May 8 death of Peter Johnson at a shopping plaza.

You got to love it when killers leave things like their Passports at the crimes scenes. Luckily, many of them are morons.

I wonder why he needed his passport at a mall?

He didn't. But he probably kept it in the same pocket as his loaded gun, so when he pulled the gun out, oopsie...

They aren't the brightest sparks and make it so much easier for the police to identify them. The thief who stole my daughters car left a bag in the car with his Medicare card and a drug pipe.

Haha. Yup.

This is OT, but it reminds me of the time a drunk dude at a bar started a fight with another patron. True story. Drunk guy threatens to rape, beat a woman for rebuffing his advances. Punches her. Hard. Breaks a bottle over her friend’s head. Then flees.

Cops were called.

Long story short, the idiot left an open tab at the bar (and his debit card with his name on it!!). Cops recognize him by name. He’s quickly ID’d, police realize he’s violating current probation for a separate DUI case, and the violent crime tops him off.

The court sends him to prison for four years — the max allowable. Rot in peace, jerkwad.
