CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police in Clayton County are asking for the public's help finding a missing 16-year-old boy.

Phillip Cartledge was last seen on Saturday at his home in the 6400 block of Pine Bark Court near Morrow but went missing after an argument with his mother.

When police arrived, Cartledge had already left and neither his family nor police know where he might be.

Police are concerned for the teen's welfare since he has been diagnosed with various medical disorders and is without his medicine.

Cartledge is described as a white male who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 110 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen with an Army-style jacket and a blue book bag.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to call the Clayton County Police Department or dial 911.
