A police officer murdered a Lyft driver because he thought the driver was part of a "gay fraternity", and was trying to kidnap him. Not surprising, the police officer was unpaid leave, after having been arrested after crashing his car, and found having 20 Xantax pills in a bag. Why did the police officer still had access to a gun?
