A Mattie’s Call was issued Tuesday for a woman authorities said has intellectual disabilities and has been diagnosed with mental illnesses.
The Clayton County Police Department said Sheila Montes was last seen on Monday leaving her residence at about 10 a.m. on the 6900 Block of Highway 42 in Rex.
She was described as a 38-year-old Hispanic woman who is 5-foot-2-inches tall and weighs 210 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
Police said she’s been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and has intellectual disabilities. They said she does not have her medication with her.
People with information are asked to call the Clayton County Police Department or 911.
