GA v Hannah Payne - HP allegedly murdering a man involved in a hit-and-run in 2019 *GUILTY*

I am wondering why the Prosecution is not objecting to the Def Attny testifying and then the defendant has to answer "correct". This D guy obviously studied the skills that say "use more and more words instead of just a few". I can not stand him or appreciate his defense of HP.

Why did she block him?
WHY did she strap on a gun to go confront him?
She killed him because her jeep got hit IMO

Multiple witnesses said she was banging on his car window & cussing at him to get out.
For her to insert all of his sexual talk and him attacking her is a desperate maneuver .

I'd be shocked if the jury believes all her story lies. moo
I’m trying to visualize the poor man dragging her into his truck with one hand and holding her there, yet somehow having another hand free to reach out and grab her other hand with the gun — through the window?? I can’t wait for cross. She’ll be toast.

The way she is babbling in that video, it's not normal behavior after being traumatized. No tears, no emotion. She is too coldly explaining away.

I think the prosecution is giving her lots of rope. I imagine they’re going to rip it all to shreds.

Defendant #HannahPayne testifies that as Kenneth Herring had a hold of her shirt and neck, he revved the gas, she said she thought she was going to be dragged. She grabbed her gun out of the holster on her right hip and Payne says Herring grabbed her wrist.
Havent witnesses stated she approached the vehicle with the gun out??

Prosecutor is not prepared?
I'm really looking for the prosecutor to trip her up.

I am thinking the Prosecutor is helping HP look really really negative in attitude before the jury. HP is argumentative and is not helping herself. MOO. Please tell me that the P is prepared. Ugh.

in a situation like this you don't hear the dispatcher say not to chase...multiple times?

Defendant #HannahPayne has taken the stand in her own defense. Under direct exam she says that Kenneth Herring grabbed her shirt, ripping it, through the driver's side window. Her attorney holds up the shirt.

She seriously said she thought she'd get dragged because he was revving the engine? I mean, her car prevented his from going anywhere, and according to her, he had her shirt and neck, so how's he supposed to be driving? Ridiculous.

Her jeep didn't get hit. She was a random bystander to the original accident.

I’m talking about when she followed & blocked him in..When the red truck either rolled or bounced forward ( after she blocked him)
She thought he hit her jeep IMO

Defense is mad, thought he would get another re-redirect? Anyone want to weigh in on that?

No such thing as re-redirect. It's called further redirect.

Recess for the day. Court begins at 9:00 am ET tomorrow.

He’s got at least 3 hands, based on her testimony.

This woman is full of rage. It spills out in every moment. She seethes. She clamps her jaw. She doubles down with the fictions. She's patronizing. The arrogance.....

This woman is evil.

"No, I'm not angled towards his vehicle; I can see he's angled towards mine...."

She forgot this part in her testimony …
Her finger on the trigger outside of the truck.
She wants to argue her finger is on the guard, evidently. But, no matter, she seems to have told dispatch or LE that her finger was on the trigger.
