On May 3rd 1991 in Lowndes County Georgia, an unknown male’s body was found completely skeletonized on Morningside Drive in Valdosta. He was said to be African American his age was estimated between 25 and 52 years old and around 5’7 with no weight estimate. He was wearing a distinctive shirt that had the phrase “no strings attached” with many holes found in the back of the shirt which may or may not have been from bullet holes.

Good point, could have been a quick dump site off the freeway. A few males that caught my eye as a possible match due to circumstances and time period.

Allen Robert Jones, The height doesn’t fit, but the age, time and area does and he was traveling through as well as you pointed out it’s right off an interstate. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Maynard Jose James was last known to be seen a distance away in Illinois but info was foggy about his disappearance so he matched enough of the information I thought it was a possibility The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Charles Foster would be at the higher end of the age estimate The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Emory Lee Brunson is another worthy mention I believe even though he hardly has information to work with The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
