Found Deceased GA - Van Dobbs, 56, Forsythe County, 5 June 2019

Months after he went missing, investigators are putting out a renewed call to find a man who drove away from home and never returned.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said that Van Dobbs hasn't been seen since June 5 when he left his home on Old Keith Bridge Road. At the time, he was driving a silver 2002 Dodge Caravan with a Georgia tag reading DP27TV.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Van Dobbs was last seen on June 6, 2019, when he went to his bank to close his checking account and open a new account after he thought he lost his wallet. Van Dobbs has not been seen since leaving the bank. Additionally, Van Dobbs failed to show up for his scheduled doctor's appointment, nor has he picked up any of his prescribed medications. There has been no activity on his bank account. Van Dobbs was last seen driving a silver Dodge Caravan with Georgia tag DP27TV.
