Found Safe Galylea Perez and her 6-month-old daughter, Eliana Lopez, allegedly abducted in Ansonia

22-year-old Galylea Perez and her 6-month-old daughter, Eliana Lopez, were allegedly abducted from High Street in Ansonia around 5:15 p.m. Saturday evening by 23-year-old Joshua Lopez.

Joshua Lopez implied that he had a gun on him at the time of the abduction, but a weapon was never shown, police said.

Eliana has a no-contact court order out of New York against Joshua.

Joshua may be heading to New York and is driving a four-door silver Honda Accord with Massachusetts plates, 2NCT89, according to police.

Anyone that sees either of these individuals is being asked to not approach or attempt to make contact them, and instead contact police immediately.

Police say Joshua Lopez is driving a 4-door silver Honda Accord with MA registration 2NCT89. He implied he had a gun but no weapon was shown. There is currently a court order out of NYC prohibiting Joshua Lopez have contact with the mother of his child. @News12CT

Lopez was taken into custody in Shelton Saturday evening unaccompanied by Perez and her daughter, Eliana.

Charges against Lopez are pending at this time.
