An 11-year-old Rancho Bernardo girl said she saw sex offender John Albert Gardner III driving alongside her as she walked home two days before 17-year-old Chelsea King was reported missing, according to one of 10 search warrants unsealed Monday morning by an El Cajon judge.

Where is the outrage by lawmakers with the SO's? Had he not been on the street these girls will be alive.

OMG, we know now what would've happened to that 11 yr old had Gardner completed his plan.

He had a sick twisted plan to "shop" for a young girl when it was convenient for him. Just a disgusting mind that couldn't put that thought down. He did it before, we know that. This means there are others out there that Gardner may have raped, or killed. He confessed to the two, but what about if there's others.
