I read a comment on social media saying that the eldery should better stay at home and watch the main German broadcasters ARD and ZDF 'because there the world is still in order'.

Around 19:20 hrs the drug addict from Duisburg who has no fixed abode, first harrassed other guests.
Then he sat down on the picknick blanket of the couple. This led to a struggle.
Suddenly, the 26-year-old grabbed a knife that the couple had brought for their picnic.
Like mad he stabbed the woman and the man.
The 66-year-old was critically injured, her partner suffered serious injuries.

On Sunday, he was brought before a judge. The judge decided to have him confined in a forensic psychiatry unit.
