He bought a burner phone for each of the 3 victims he is accused of murdering. Since he's under surveillance, perhaps LE noticed him purchasing again and monitored his communications. jmo

I don’t know if I’m allowed to link the bail application here but starting on Page 17, it refers to a certain cell phone # ending in 2671, which was associated with the springfield9 email account that he set up way back in 2011. This was the same cell phone # he used for thousands of searches. He was still using this cell phone in 2023, as recently as May 19, 2023. (page 18). Further, he was observed by LE purchasing extra minutes for this same cell phone. It appears he had that cell phone a very long time.

I'm not local to the US, but I've listened a few times now, and I can't hear a lisp or anything unusual about how he says the letter S or anything he says.

But the two voices do sound a lot alike to my ears.

Yes. If you read the bail application, it specifies what he was using each for. Where I’m stumped is that he had the same cell phone LE observed him with at the store in May 2023 as he had in 2011. Twelve years of history on one phone. I wonder what he was doing with it between 2011 and 2023.

The more I listen to it, the more it sounds like RH. The voice on the recording sounds a bit different imo (higher sounding to me), however, the pauses and the way he drags out the words and sentences seem similar to the video interview. He could have tried to change his voice when he was talking on the phone, talking in a higher tone or pitch for instance.

I'm usually good at picking out what seems out of the norm in anything spoken in english.

Yes he may have been trying to disguise his voice a bit. The tones of the two examples do sound like one is a bit higher than the other.

It could simply be the type of paper towel. Maybe the pattern they are looking for has been retired, but they’re hoping to find some matches In the house. I find vintage paper towels around my house quite often. Especially in my Christmas decorations, because I use them to wrap up delicate things.

I feel they must have found the same Bounty towels in the burlap with the girls. Did he try to clean up with them and then throw them away in the burlap bags?

I really do think it's him! Am not used to the accent since I'm English and recently listened to that long interview he did not so long ago. To me, I can identify the same pauses he uses and intonation (as well as S sounds)

Considering he's used phone calls in his offending too it seems likely that would be something he'd do f'sure

Maureen's friend (I wrote Melissa's sister above, oops) said the person who called had weird S's. Melissa's sister said the caller sounded like he was being very deliberate with his voice. To me, the only difference between the voice calling LISK documentary producers and the voice on the French journalist's you tube is the caller to the producers was more deliberate.
