Thanks i.b.nora - read the article. Glad she won a settlement and glad the state of CA has been ahead of the curve on protecting our online privacy. I doubt this will go to the Supreme Court as most states will probably enact similar legislation.

Absolutely IMO. This administration has become Big Brother and it's just wrong IMO.

Absolutely! I'm Liberal and this is Big Brother crossing the line. The girl did nothing wrong other than to state her opinion on Facebook. It was a threat to take action against anyone, merely stating the hall monitor was mean. She probably was mean!
