A teenage girl has overcome incredible odds after graduating from a Pennsylvania high school with only half a brain.

Christina had that operation 10 years ago, and she didn't just have part of her brain removed -- as in ordinary epilepsy surgery -- she literally had half of her brain taken out.

I have seen a lot of research on these kids, They are awesome. They now know that the younger they do the surgery, the better the recovery as in children the brain still has the ability to compensate. As adults we don't have this ability - which is why brain damage and strokes are so devastating.
One day we will be able to make this miracle a reality for everyone, no matter what their age, Christina not only had a miracle but may lead to a miracle for others someday.
This girl has a bright future ahead!
