Circumstances of disappearance :

Guadalupe disappeared on June 14, 2021 in the 544-home neighborhood of the capital of San Luis, where she was visiting for a family birthday. The last time she was seen she was on the street playing with her cousins.

Since the reconstruction of the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the girl, carried out by the Public Prosecutor's Office between June 29 and 30, 2022, it was possible to limit the range of the disappearance between 7:05 p.m. and 7:05 p.m. (27 - 22 minutes before the call to 911 alerting about the event).

During the first months of the disappearance, 180 lines of investigation were developed in various parts of the country, 100 testimonies were collected from family members and neighbors, and psychological evaluations were carried out on children and adolescents who were present at the time of the incident. More than 400 raids were also carried out and a hundred cell phones were seized and examined, but the whereabouts of the minor have not yet been found .

According to the description provided by one of the children who was on the street that day, it was determined that the last adult person - outside the family - seen at the place and time close to the disappearance was a woman dressed in black. and with a hood . This allowed us to infer that this woman could have had some participation in the incident.
