Judge just addressed the jury. He'll send them back again to use their phones and quickly contact family members about rides. Then Judge is letting the jury decide how late they want to stay to deliberate. Jurors will not be sequestered. #VerdictWatch #SieversTrial @winknews

Mummert said this filming outside the courtroom was not at the request of the defense.

Al Olsen, who directed the other man to do the filming, was paid for by the JAC, Mummert said.

Could someone explain to me how the jurors could rationalize convicting of a lesser included. In other words, it seems to me, in this case either Mark ordered the hot or he didn’t. It isn’t like he “didn’t mean” or accidentally promise CWW $100,000 to murder Teresa. What scenario could be used for 2nd degree or manslaughter?
