I am still astonished that this hearing was held at all, it seems to me that the credibility of Mr 25 years must be in doubt, as he and the burner phones were the main testimony against him, and now the other co accused is saying Mr 25 years is solely responsible I guess the judiciary felt we must re-examine parts of the trial, and if it was conducted correctly, and if his counsel did a good job,

I thought Mr 25 years was a dreadful witness, when he testified at trial, if he is needed again state must prepare him better, that is if he he chooses to testify, the plea agreement will make very interesting reading, if they didn't include a clause where he is required to testify against his co accused anytime the state requires he may not wish to testify and remind everyone that he battered an innocent woman to death with a hammer in her own home,
