A Parisian man is alleged to have carried out 16 'armed' (replica gun) robberies with style - but not that kind. Stupid style. He wore his electronic ankle tag during every single one. He's 'very well know to French police.'

And he still obeyed his night curfew.

And he used the same scooter and followed the same route everytime.

Here's the clincher though - it still took police three months to catch him. After a car chase through Paris.

Here's a very nice man giving explanations and demonstration of a Gallic shrug, for those who aren't familiar.

If you've just been a tourist to Paris, you might not have seen it - they usually reserve the best ones for non-Parisian, fellow French people. :) Now I'm going to duck out, before I get myself in trouble.
