Help!!!

Hi all!

OK a newbie user can get in.
She can view the pages but when she tries to input anything her cudsur won't show up.
She says it shows up in the address bar but not anywhere in WS.

SHe is running Win 2000 and using IE (she also tried modzilla)

I have never used 2000 and we already tried deleting cookies etc.
Went over the basics like make sure your logged in ... reset IE defaults.
Disable firewalls..


ANy Ideas??
