Ramos was last seen at 1 1 p.m. last Tuesday, leaving his Farrington Highway home, across from Waialua High and Intermediate School, where he lives with his mother and brother. His brother reported him missing at 8:15 p.m. Friday.

Ramos, 28, of Waialua, was last seen on a 15-speed Fuji bicycle on Feb. 14 near Ke Nui Road.
The bike was found on Feb. 16 on nearby Ke Iki Road. Homicide detectives said they suspect foul play because Ramos earlier said he feared for his life.
