Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old Justin J. Clark of Puna, who was reported missing. He was last seen on Thursday, August 19, 2021, around 12:00 p.m., in the 700 block of Kilauea Avenue in Hilo wearing a dark colored shirt.

Clark is described as Caucasian, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

This looks like him. Name, age, height/weight and island of residence are the same. The photo in the second link regarding the secondary arrest most definitely looks like him. Is he out on bond for the negligent homicide charges, does he have a car/driving privileges? Given the probation for previous arson and drug charges referenced in the second MSM article I'm surprised he is not incarcerated.
