The state Department of Human Services is asking the public's help in locating Preston Lee Abiley, 15, has been missing since March 18, 2008.

He is caucasian with straight, short, brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs 150-160 lbs. and is 5'4". He went missing from Hilo, Hawaii, on March 18th.

Anyone with information is asked to call local police.
