CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Allard, who suffers from a medical condition.

Allard is from Connecticut and his family has not heard from him since May 4, 2019. He is known to frequent the Kapolei and Waikiki areas. His family and friends are concerned for his safety and well being.

Allard is a 55-year-old Caucasian male and is 5’11” with black hair and blue eyes.

Missing Person Located: Robert Allard

On July 16, an Allard Family member reached out to me stating that she needed help in locating Robert Allard. He was reported missing and LE with Crime Stoppers opened a case and then closed the case on 7/12 after getting a call from a "Robert" in Honolulu. The family indicates Robert's brother using Robert's phone called and pretended it was Robert and said he was not missing. Robert's brother is said to have mental issues and the family fears he may have something to do with Robert's disappearance. The family member has made repeated attempts to have HPD reopen the case but they refuse to accept any more info from any other family members. At this point none of the stateside family has heard from Robert and they consider him missing and in danger. The family is still trying to locate someone in Honolulu who can provide some assistance with locating Robert.
