It's 3.5 miles from her home to Fort Weaver Road. Although it's just 7 mins in a car, it's about an hour's walk according to Google Maps.

That's a long way to walk to the nearest bus stop, but if you haven't got a car, what else can you do?

I wonder where she was getting the bus to? Who was she going to visit?

Fort Weaver Road seems to be a mixture of main road, with some residences and part rural. Wide Road.

If it was a 1 hour walk to the bus stop, she would have been there around 18.30hrs and there are 9 different buses/routes from that stop. They leave every 10 minutes or so.

Some go to Waikiki Beach, some go to Waihapu, but most of them would pass through Honolulu City Centre, so maybe that's where she was heading? Perhaps to see a boyfriend or acquaintance?

The trouble is that Iroquois Point is a CDP (Census Designated Place) with a population of 3,300 people (as of 2010) and dozens of homes. Google Maps automatically chooses a place off Ibis and 107th St but she could have started much further east or west or south.

The red outline is what Google Maps designates as Iroquois Point. The red star is the spot Google Maps chooses if putting in "Iroquois Point, HI" as your starting point.

Thank you @SimplyCass. Yes, I see, it's actually quite a big suburb, almost a small town and divided in half by a lake/large inlet.

I'm actually surprised there isn't a bus that goes round there, even if it was just once an hour, it'd be better than walking 3.5 miles to the nearest one in Hawaiian heat.

And not knowing if she even got to the bus stop or not, we also now have the added problem of the big lake/inlet there.
Bodies of water close-by are never a good thing in a missing persons case.

She has been missing for exactly 1 week today, and this has now gone beyond the time-scale of just 'chilling at a friend's house for a while' or 'some space and time alone'.

When it hits the 1 week mark with no contact, then it's time to really be concerned.

Someone mentioned putting up flyers on all the buses. Apparently they get alot of traffic.Plus they're making many rounds.

Beautiful girl. She needs to get on that vacation.
