Circumstances of Discovery​

Decedent was seen foundering in the Atlantic Ocean, near Hillsboro Beach. She was removed from the water by a Palm Beach County Sheriff's boat and CPR was initiated, but to no avail. Investigators believe that she may have been a Haitian woman who was dropped off in the ocean from a smuggling vessel.
