I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS APRIL FOOLS DAY. I couldn't believe anyone would call any product BOWEL BUDDIES.

It's a product to help you get more "bran" "fiber" in your diet.

However, that being said, if you are a Blood Type O or A, (about 85% of the population....) I wouldn't recommend this product.

I know it's a product for fiber intake, it's the word "bowel" I have a problem with. Just not great marketing sense inmyopinion.
