I was bullied in school

My teacher in high school was a bully. She said I couldn’t work when a job placement didn‘t work out. Later in 2014, I find out that she’s going through a divorce. I don’t think my parents will divorce. She also wouldn’t give me any bus tickets to ride the city bus if I was going to my placement or if we were going to somewhere
