Jury finds West Des Moines doctor guilty of sexually abusing child

West Des Moines Dr. Lynn Lindaman has been convicted of second-degree sexual assault. He'd been convicted of a prior sex assault in 1976.

Dr. Lynn Lindaman, 73, practiced at the Lindaman Orthopaedics clinic in West Des Moines until he was charged last year with second-degree sexual assault. Police said he inappropriately touched a child under the age of 10 at his home.

He had a past conviction in 1976! One wonders how he managed to get licensed in the first place, unless he falsified a lot of documents.
