Delaware County Sheriff's deputies are looking for James J. Schumann, 42, of Colesburg, who's been missing since Nov. 17.

He was last seen leaving his job at Innovative Ag Services in Farley. He may be driving a white Ford pickup with the license plate 790AWS.

It wasn't normal for him not to show up for work or call, deputies said. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Delaware County Sheriff's Office at (563) 927-3135.
