In 2014 he was sentenced in Cherokee County District Court to 25 years for first-degree burglary, going armed with intent and domestic abuse assault. He chased a woman through a house armed with a hammer, threatening to kill her and a child.
He was originally charged with 2 counts of attempted murder, but negoated a plea, those were dismissed, or he wouldn't be out right now. I'm not sure when he was released but he was charged with violation of parole in 2021 (Polk County) Case #: 05771 AMCR347681 (POLK)
