Kelsi Ryan, 17, was last seen about 4 a.m. driving west from Sioux City in a black 1999 Honda CR-V with Iowa license plates BLV 817. There are unverified reports that she was seen at about 7 a.m. Monday at a Cenex gas station in Ashland, Nebraska.
Kelsi was by herself, and foul play is not believed to be involved. She left home without her cellphone.
According to a family member's, Kelsi could be along Interstate 80 or Interstate 76.
Kelsi is described as 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds.
