Iowa district court, Goodale was facing eight counts of third-degree sexual abuse and five counts of second-degree sexual abuse. The allegations dated back to November 2006 and involved victims as young as age 8.
The federal charges allege that Goodale knowingly transported both victims from Iowa to Minnesota with the intent to engage in sexual activity.
The single count of child pornography involves incidences between February and September 2011.
