The trial will more then likely be moved if the Defense don't feel that CR will get a fair trial because of the publicity / media coverage the case has received. The Prosecution would have to agree to it.

The prosecution will likely fight it, but a judge will have the final say.

What would add weight; would be if the body had been moved to that location from
where she had been attacked. Forensics will play a big part in that; they will hopefully know exactly where the body has been at any stage, e.g. trunk, cornfield etc. Even after 5 weeks.

Sorry, my response was in response to what would type of corn have to do with where he placed the body. Just a thought.
