Charge against Aday reduced from felony to misdemeanor

Deena Aday entered into a plea deal with the Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office Thursday morning that will drop the felony charge of accessory for withholding information in exchange for a guilty plea of misdemeanor obstruction.

Aday is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14 and will sentenced later this year.

From what I've read about this case it was a slam dunk. I can't believe her cooperation was of any importance in the conviction. It was of no importance and should not affect her charges or sentence.
