Details of Disappearance​

Perri was last seen in Grangeville, Idaho on January 13, 2016. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

<<According to Detective Jerry Johnson in April 2017:

“Jody was a recluse by all accounts, paranoid about people and government,” Johnson said, who didn’t like to use cash, had no credit cards or a cell phone. Perri instead used silver, and reportedly had a stockpile of this as well as firearms.>>

<<Perri was last seen by a neighbor Jan. 13, 2016, getting into a vehicle of an individual who had been seen visiting him on prior occasions, someone he had suspicions about, according to the investigation. Around this time, the occupation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon was active, and indications are this individual may have led Perri into believing he could get him involved with that activism.>>

<<For Perri to leave his property, especially his animals – which he was reportedly devoted to – uncared for and unattended is suspicious, according to Johnson, as is the fact that his reported stockpiles of silver and guns was not found by family when they searched his residence.>>
